Please carefully review the following and evaluate your activity and compliance accordingly. The Lozano Law Firm (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) enforces strict rules regarding Content. Any breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access to our forums, website, social media pages and/or account termination. “Content” includes anything that can be seen, heard and/or referenced in any text or images posted to any comments section, and any information posted or contained in a any profile in connection with Company. We invite you to join our community by leaving comments, asking questions, and engaging with our content and other members. However, please remember that this is a public space, and we ask that you follow a few ground rules.

 

We are committed to maintaining an educational and informative community for all users. To support this goal, we have established a set of community guidelines. We take a strict approach to enforcement and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and/or suspend or terminate any user account that violates these guidelines.

• contains any vulgar or obscene language;
• contains nudity or overly sexualized Content;
• is spamming in nature;
• appears as trolling activity (repetitive posting that disrupts regular conversation);
• solicits any outside individuals, goods or services;
• contains hateful language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, or political beliefs; or
• violates intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks.

 

Comments posted on social media pages or public forums organized by the Company do not reflect the opinions of the Company. We do not undertake fact-checking or verification of the accuracy of any content that is not posted by us. You rely on such content solely at your own risk, and we expressly disclaim responsibility for any damages or harm resulting from such reliance.

 

Any Content posted on social media pages or public forums organized by Company are in no way intended as individual legal advice or as a substitute for seeking the advice of an attorney regarding any particular legal problem. As a material condition of your use of our forums and pages, you agree not to use such opinions or information in this manner.

 

Any Content posted on social media pages or public forums organized by Company is also subject to that social media platform’s forum policy, terms and conditions, and privacy policy. Please be aware that posted Content that does not violate our guidelines may violate another platform’s forum policy and may be subject to removal and or termination of your account. Company is not responsible for Content removal or terminated accounts that violated that platforms forum policy.
